BW软管泵的基本结构之液力端<br />
液力端油泵头体、缸套、活塞、活塞杆吸入阀和排出阀等组成，它的作用是通过活塞在缸套中作往复运动形成液缸容腔变化，完成能量转化，实现吸入和排出液体。<br />
此泵曲轴箱由两极齿轮变速机构和曲柄连杆机构组成。曲轴箱的输入轴和输出轴通过牙钳联轴器对接传动。当曲轴箱的输入轴上的双联变速齿轮分别和曲轴上的对应齿轮相啮合，曲轴可得到快慢两级转速。加上变速箱的四级变速。曲轴上总共可获得8级转速，实现8级变速。液力端属于直通式结构，便于制造，装配精度高.
